Physicians Wealth Solutions was established in 2014 to help doctors, other professional and business owners achieve and maintain financial independence. We meet every client to design a financial plan to achieve specific goals taking into consideration risk tolerance, time horizon and financial needs and more. We are entirely fee based and do not earn any commissions from trading. We offer customized investment portfolios including stocks, ETFs, no-load mutual funds and bonds tailored to your desired risk tolerance. Portfolios are available with a sell discipline to raise cash during turbulent times. We have no proprietary products to sell. As Investment Adviser Representative, we are fiduciaries and act only in the best interest of our clients. Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., member SIPC, maintains the custody of your assets in your own individual account. |

| My education, training and business experience
I joined Physicians Wealth Solutions in January, 2015 and am one-third owner of the company. I serve as Senior Financial Adviser and Portfolio Manager. I have 42 years experience in the financial services profession, having served as financial adviser and branch office manager for some of the country's largest Wall Street firms. My practice is multi-generational as I have helped clients, their children and grandchildren achieve their financial goals and objectives In 1988, when I was with Paine Webber, Inc., I successfully completed the Portfolio Management Program through The Investment Institute, a division of Richard Schilffarth & Associates, Ltd., earning the title "Portfolio Manager". I was one of the first advisers in the firm permitted to invest clients' funds with discretion for fee in lieu of commissions. I work with each client very closely to design their portfolios based on their tolerance for risk and time horizon. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and am a licensed Investment Adviser Representative with the State of Ohio, Securities Division, Department of Commerce.? |

I have been very active in community affairs and served 12 years as an elected Councilman for the City of Westerville and served two years as Council Chairman. I was the first president of the Saint Ann's Hospital Joint Hospital District Board of Trustees. I was a founding member of the Otterbein College "O" Club Foundation and served on the Professional Advisory Board of the Columbus Foundation. I am a past president of the Westerville Sertoma Club and Internal Vice President of the Westerville Jaycees. My wife, Virginia and I are Stephen Ministers, serving members of our church membership in need and we have three children and five grandchildren; all who live in the Columbus area. |
