"Loans are what we do, not who we are" was coined by our owner Steve Jacobson. ?Fairway Mortgage is a people company. For the most part, mortgage companies have the same types of loans that they can do. What I love about Fairway is that we not only complete loans quickly and efficiently, but we treat people well. We have two separate charities that are set up to help people. The American Warrior Initiative (AWI) and Fairway Cares. AWI is an amazing charity that helps Veterans with emotional or financial support. We donate service dogs, cars, scholarships for Veterans to start a business, etc. Fairway Cares was created to give financial and/or emotional support to anyone that has suffered a critical loss, or been diagnosed with a critical illness. All it takes is a Fairway employee to request the assistance. The person receiving the assistance need not work for us, or even complete a home loan with us. It’s always about the people! |

| My education, training and business experience
I have been in the mortgage industry since 1992 and have been well versed in all aspects of financing. I still learn new things daily as this market is ever changing. When I first started in the business, I sent out verifications of employment and set-up loans, then I transitioned into a processing position. I found my way into drawing loan documents and funding loans for a time after that and in 2000, I decided that I wanted to become a loan officer assistant. I loved that job, but decided that I wanted more and in 2007 became a loan officer. After some growing pains in that position, I was able to become a district manager. Although I loved the loan officers that I worked with, I decided that I really missed the originating piece and wanted to start meeting with customers again. When I came to Fairway, that is what I decided that I wanted to do, so I became a producing branch manager and have been very happy with what I do now! |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . I love spending time with my family, (especially my grandchildren), reading, and crafting. |

My husband is a pastor in the community of Weston Ranch. We moved there in 2012 so I spend much of my time helping him with whatever he needs. I also started a women's group so that women would have a "safe" place to share any issues that they are dealing with, and have a place to realize they aren't alone. |
