I was always the chubby kid, pudgy teenager and obese grownup, weighing an average of 250 lbs most of my adult life. I tried all the things, but the weight never stayed away. I was a fantastic loser but horrible maintainer. In 2018, I adopted a sugar free, gluten free, low-carb way of eating and it was magical! I lost 110 lbs and have kept it off deliciously! Baking was always a passion of mine and in 2021 I began relearning how to bake using almond and coconut flours, along with sugar free plant-based sweeteners. After 2 years of recipe R&D, my cupcakes, brownies and cookies were perfected, and on May 2, 2023, my home-bakery was catapulted into existence! | When I m not working, I enjoy . Baking, baking, baking!!! And also cooking, which is not the same thing! I enjoy grilling, smoking meats, recipe research and development, and am creating recipes for a cookbook. I continue to enjoy photography and art in so many forms. Life is beautiful! I enjoy camping, adventuring, and challenging daily exercise. I love my amazing husband, family (including 2 grandkiddos), dogs and CATS!!! |

| Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
I thoroughly enjoy spending time as an Eldersitter with Hospice patients. I think we are good for each other's souls. They have much wisdom to share, if we let them. I'm a proud member of Modesto Elks Lodge #1282! We are a benevolent society dedicated to the service and assistance of women and children, as well as our community at large. I also belong to the Small Business Development Center, and Better Baker Club, to enrich and grow my career and small business. I'm a registered affiliate with the Lodi Association of REALTORS, an easy transition after having been a REALTOR in the Central Valley for eight years. |
