Studio Fit 50+ was created to enable older adults to keep moving.  It creates an environment that is welcoming, non-competitive, and geared towards corrective exercises as well as adaptive exercises for those who have medical and physical limitations.  We build relationships to help each other stay healthy and get stronger as we age gracefully. The goal is to rediscover strength, energy, balance and vitality one day at a time.

Ashley Stillwell, owner of Studio Fit 50+ has her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science.She is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and she also is a Functional Aging Institute Certified Trainer.

As a Gold Star Referral Club member, I, Nancy Robinson, support Studio Fit 50+ as their Marketing Director supporting the business at regular weekly meetings, cross clubbing with other clubs and promoting our business in the community.

In my available time I love to have my hands in the dirt in my garden.  I enjoy supporting my daughter, Jeanette Robinson, in joining her with her pop-up events as Divine Protection Crystals.

I also enjoy doing cross stitching, sewing and cooking.

I am the President of the Modesto Garden Club.  I am a Master Gardener for Stanislaus County and part of the committee who created the Sensory Garden in the demonstration gardens at the county Ag Center.
