WHAT WE OFFER:

Rental Marketing: We advertise quickly with full-service, high-quality marketing.  This includes professional photography, social media/online advertising, and open houses to get your home rented. We post your property to all major websites such as, Zillow Network, Zumper and RentPatch.

Rental Showings: Due to a competitive and fast moving market, we understand the importance of having potential renters view your property in a timely manner. This is why upon thorough screening, PropertySourced has implemented potential tenants the ability to access the property via our “self-showing” solution at a time that works best for them. The security of your home is our top priority, which is why we require a thorough screening beforehand, such as government identification submission to run a facial detection check. We send their email, phone and IP address to a world class, third party fraud detection tool to obtain a fraud score and weed out anyone who is suspected of fraudulent behavior. Lastly, we verify that the phone number being utilized is an actual cell phone tied to a major carrier, like Verizon or AT&T.  We will always err on the side of caution when it comes to the safety of your home.

Maintenance: Every tenant has a log in with our system that allows them to submit a maintenance request at any time. We make sure that every request will be taken care of as quickly as possible. There are no extra charges for the coordination of maintenance repairs.

Tenant Screening: Finding a good tenant is not always easy, but with our thorough applicant screening (including credit checks, income verification and criminal and Eviction history checks), we are well equipped to select a great tenant for our property owner.  

Inspections: On top of the move in/out inspection process, we implement an annual walkthrough with our assigned personnel to ensure the property is in the right condition.

Rent Collection: With the advanced implementation of technology and stream-lined processing, rent payments are directly deposited into your account through our system.

Enforcement: We give written/verbal warnings to make any corrections necessary in order to bring properties in line with written agreements and  local requirements.

Complete Transparency: Our systems are set up to show as much transparency as possible via our software, Hemlane. You'll see all leads that come in, all showings, and have the ability to evaluate all applicants that apply. While we provide a full service experience, you’ll have constant updates on your property at all times.

No Reserve Account: Unlike most property management companies, all rents paid are sent directly to your bank account. We also do not hold any security deposits made to the property.

No extra fees:  We do not charge for coordinating repairs. We have a vetted list of contractors who have pre-negotiated prices and understand the service and excellent quality level expected  by Property Sourced. Once repairs have been completed, you’ll receive an invoice directly from the contractor, allowing you to have full visibility of the invoice for the work completed.

YOU are in control: While we manage your property, you have full control; on where to set your property price, which applicants you choose, and the vendors to use for repairs.  We will give you recommendations and advice, however, you are the ultimate decision maker.
