I help people improve their energy, focus, & overall health using bioidentical ketones & personalized coaching. I work especially well with professionals, educators, & caregivers who are burned out, low on energy, or struggling with mental clarity. | My education, training and business experience
I hold a Master’s in Business Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and a minor in CMIS, with additional certifications in education. With experience in teaching and leadership, I now coach individuals in brain health, fat loss, and energy using bioidentical ketones. I also lead Healing Hues, a creative paint party experience that supports mental wellness. My mission is to help others rediscover clarity, confidence, and purpose — growing 1% better every day. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends — whether it's cheering on my kids at sporting events, enjoying game nights, or simply catching up over a meal. I have a passion for organizing and creating meaningful events, and I’m always drawn to anything crafty or creative. Nature walks with my husband and relaxing by the water are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I find joy in making memories, connecting with others, and bringing a little creativity and fun into everything I do. |

I’ve served in a variety of leadership and volunteer roles — including Parent Club President, Student Council advisor, youth sports coach, and 4-H photography leader. I’ve also been active in church programs and professional groups like Gold Star and Valley Business Professionals, where I’ve held roles such as event coordinator and chamber liaison. These experiences reflect my commitment to community, connection, and purposeful leadership. |

| Gold Star Information Year Joined: 2023 Areas Served In: I have held several roles within Gold Star. I previously served as the new member coach and event coordinator. Currently, I am the visitor ambassador and chamber liaison for Valley Business Professionals group who meets Tuesday mornings at Mimi's Cafe, where I help foster business and community connections. These experiences have allowed me to lead with purpose, stay deeply connected to my community, and make a lasting impact. |
