Senior Care Place has been placing senior in the Central Valley and beyond since 2018, formerly known as A+ Senior Care Solutions. After working in 3 different assisted living communities since 1998, Cheryl, with the support of her late husband Joe, decided to start her own business to assist families before they made several unnecessary calls or visits trying to find care for their loved ones. At Senior Care Placement (SCP), we do the leg work for you. Sandi and Cheryl's combined 50+ years of experience enable them to do a personalized, no-cost, discovery process where they learn about your lifestyle, what will make you happiest, (under the circumstances of course), what makes the best financial sense for you, where you would like to call home and what type/level of care will be necessary for you. This allows us to find the right options to meet your current and future placement needs while reducing the stress and frustration that can occur during any search. Levels of care include independent living, assisted living, memory care, short term care (respite), skilled nursing and hospice care. They will walk with you through the entire process until the right solution has been found. Again, there in never a fee to the family or potential resident for our services. | My education, training and business experience
I graduated from Orestimba High School in Newman. I attended Andon College for medical office training, did internship at Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehab and was hired and that was my start in the Senior industry. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . I enjoy baking, being by the pool, my grandchildren, being a chaperone for 4-H Camp, going for drives, mini vacations and volunteering for different organizations. |

| Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
I was a founding member of the Alzheimer's Dementia Support Center (ADSC) in Modesto 2013 and served on the Board until resigning in 2021. I facilitated one of their support groups for over 5 years. I was active in the Stockton, Hilmar and Turlock Chamber and participated in Leadership Turlock 2014. I served on committee for (SEAPA), Stanislaus Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance for over 5 years. I served on board for Stroke Resource and CVMAPS in Modesto. I have volunteered for Turlock VFW Auxiliary since 2015 working in the hamburger booth at fair. I have volunteered 5 years for the Carter Nelson golf tournament and 3 years for Hilmar Holy Rosary Church tournament in Turlock. I have volunteered for Baballe Battle at the Farm Tractor Pull for 2 years and am a leader for Westport 4-H. I support many non-profit organizations by attending events and or providing auction/raffle items. |
