Business and Company Details:
Mid-Valley Pecan is a family-owned, 20-acre orchard in Denair, California, where we grow, harvest, and package premium pecans with pride—and a good sense of humor. Our slogan says it all: “At Mid-Valley Pecan, we’re not afraid to show our nuts!” After six years of nurturing our trees and investing in sustainable farming, we now offer true tree-to-table freshness. From buttery in-shell pecans to rich pecan oil and handcrafted gift packs, everything we sell is grown right here on our farm. Nearly 100% vertically integrated, we keep quality in our hands—and heart—every step of the way. Whether you're a baker, snacker, or gift-giver, we’re here to keep things fresh, local, and just a little bit nutty. My education, training and business experience
With nearly 25 years in the pecan nursery sales, service and consulting, I’ve supported pecan growers across the country—from California to Florida—helping orchards grow from the ground up. I’ve also attended countless workshops and educational courses on pecan cultivation, marketing, and sales to stay sharp in an evolving industry. Coupled with my husband Mike’s education and experience in farm and water management, we bring a strong, well-rounded foundation to everything we do at Mid-Valley Pecan—from sustainable growing practices to smart, efficient operations, processing, and sales. |

When I m not working, I enjoy . I stay busy (and entertained!) keeping up with my four grandkids' sports, 4-H events, and school activities. When I do find a quiet moment, I love to read—or better yet, take a walk through the orchard. Just scouting the trees and soaking in the season feels like an E-ticket ride at Disneyland… did I just date myself? |

Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
I’m proud to serve as President of the California Pecan Growers Association and as an Advisory Board Member for the USDA NIFA SCRI “Trees for the Future” continual grant. I’m also an active member of the the Western Pecan Growers Association. Locally, I’ve been deeply involved in 4-H over the years, serving as Past-President of the Stanislaus County 4-H Leaders Council, Community Club Leader for Sacred Heart 4-H, and the Beginning 4-H Project Leader. Supporting agriculture and youth development in our community has always been a passion of mine. |
