| Business and Company Details:
At the heart of Recalibrate HCM is Tim Beadnell, the new CEO, who believes in building winning teams through trust, loyalty, and real human connection. Sports shaped who he is. From the playing field to the gym, Tim learned motivation, discipline, and the power of having each other’s back. That foundation carries into his career today and fuels him every morning to set bold goals, build strong teams, and drive success together. What makes Recalibrate HCM different is its blend of cutting-edge, AI-enhanced technology with the personal attention of a U.S.-based support team that truly knows its clients. The average team member brings over 20 years of experience, and thanks to a strong company culture, employees stay committed - ensuring clients benefit from consistency and trusted expertise. Unlike faceless chat boxes or high-turnover support teams, Recalibrate HCM offers real conversations and real understanding, delivered by people who care. It’s mission is simple: business isn’t about transactions, it’s about relationships. That’s why working with Recalibrate HCM means getting not just state-of-the art solutions, but results backed by genuine and lasting partnerships. |

| My education, training and business experience
Born and raised in Voorheesville, NY, Tim Beadnell learned the values of leadership, discipline, and teamwork at an early age. A natural athlete, he captained basketball and football teams throughout his youth, played baseball, and went on to play football at St. John Fisher University, where he earned a BA in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and served on the college football Leadership Council. Tim began his professional career in political communications, serving nearly eight years as Public Information Officer for NYS and Communications Director for Senator Michael Nozzolio. But in his late twenties, Tim realized his true strengths - work ethic, discipline, and the ability to connect with people - were better suited in direct client-facing roles. That realization fueled a successful pivot into payroll and Human Capital Management sales, where his passion for service could make a greater impact. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Outside of work, Tim’s greatest passion is his family. Coaching his two sons in sports, he is passing down the same lessons that athletics taught him: motivation, discipline, resilience, and the power of building a winning team. |
