| My education, training and business experience
Joel has more than 30 years of experience as a business owner in the IT industry, and as an IT Operations and Project Leader with many years of direct experience. Joel’s career has allowed him to lead IT operations and infrastructure projects while developing and advocating advanced strategies and solutions for businesses across multiple industries. Working with vendor specific training, or industry training, direct mentoring for industry experts and independently researching proper solutions has also been vital to a lifetime of learning. Building relationships with customers as a "trusted business advisor" is key to being able to support a customer I.T. needs for their business. I apply this method of support to our current client base as well as being the mentor to the next generation of techs and consultants coming through our ranks. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Camping, boating, mountain biking, skiing and SCUBA diving in tropical locals are all interests and hobbies I have enjoyed throughout the years and when I have time. Life has kept me busy raising our kids, following and supporting the sports and activities they have chosen. We are currently rains a granddaughter in high school now. We are also following and supporting other grandkids in their pursuits. I also have a project car I hope to get on the road someday, a 1960 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. |

| Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
Currently, I am the treasurer of the Friends of Fort Ord National Monument. I have held various roles including President of MORCA, the Monterey Off Road Cycling Association (10 years ago now). We have also always been active supporters in all the sporting groups my kids have participated in. My wife more than I, but I was the financial backer that allowed her to be deeply involved, even until today. |
