Business and Company Details:
Aligned Waters & Crystalline Healing is a mobile holistic wellness practice based in Stockton, California, offering trauma-informed Craniosacral Therapy, energy healing, crystal therapy, and somatic support in a grounded, heart-centered way. I specialize in creating calm, attuned spaces for clients to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and restore emotional and energetic balance. As a mobile practitioner, I bring the healing to you—whether in your home or out in nature. I love facilitating sessions in local parks, under trees, or near bodies of water where we can deepen connection to the Earth and amplify the healing process through natural elements. In addition to hands-on healing work, I also offer intuitive adornment pieces through my sister business, Sunroot Adorn Boutique. These handmade crystal talismans are designed to hold frequency, support daily energetic alignment, and serve as tools for intention-setting and self-connection. They’re a beautiful complement to the healing journey, especially between sessions. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic stress, deeper emotional clarity, or a sacred pause to reconnect with yourself, I offer a mobile sanctuary for your healing—rooted in presence, nature, and the wisdom of your own body. Energetic Alignment Rooted in Nature’s Wisdom. |

My education, training and business experience
I am a certified Craniosacral Practitioner trained through the Upledger Institute, where I completed Craniosacral Therapy 1 & 2 and SomatoEmotional Release 1. My bodywork foundation is supported by an Associate’s Degree in Therapeutic Massage and professional licensure through the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy (NCLMBT#20471). My practice is further enriched by additional studies in somatic healing, intuitive energy work, crystal healing, and Earth-based wellness practices. I integrate anatomical understanding with intuitive presence, creating a space that honors both scientific knowledge and the subtle wisdom of the body and spirit. Healing, for me, is a sacred relationship with the body, nature, and soul—and I continue to deepen my work through ongoing mentorship, education, and lived spiritual experience. |

When I m not working, I enjoy . Outside of my healing practice, I find deep joy and renewal in connecting with nature and animals. Swimming in natural waters, hiking through quiet trails, and horseback riding are some of my favorite ways to stay grounded and inspired. These moments in nature are not just hobbies—they’re a form of personal medicine that influence the way I hold space for others. I also have a strong passion for animal healing, often offering gentle energy work to pets as part of my mobile services. My connection to animals is intuitive and heart-centered, and I love supporting their wellbeing alongside their humans. Another central interest of mine is vocal tuning meditation—a blend of sound, breath, and intention that I both practice personally and share in workshops. I believe the voice is a powerful healing tool, and I’m passionate about exploring and teaching ways to use it for nervous system regulation and emotional release. All of these activities are threads in the larger tapestry of how I live, work, and connect with the world. |

Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
Community connection and accessible healing are integral to my path. I’ve had the honor of volunteering with the Snow Approach Foundation, supporting their weekly Brain Cafés—nurturing spaces for individuals experiencing brain change and memory loss. This work deepened my trauma-informed approach and affirmed the importance of gentle, relational care. I also co-hosted a monthly women’s circle, holding space for ritual, reflection, and spiritual connection. In North Carolina, I facilitated a Care and Connection Circle—a somatic-based community gathering centered on self-care and nervous system regulation. Additionally, I offered a sound healing performance at the Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival, sharing vibration, intention, and heart-centered presence in a festival setting. Now rooted in Stockton, I’m actively cultivating relationships with local wellness practitioners, holistic artists, and earth-based healers. Looking ahead, I envision co-creating nature-based retreats and workshops—immersive, soul-nourishing spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, the Earth, and one another through healing arts, ritual, and community care. |
