Monroe Tractor is the CASE Equipment supplier in NYS and throughout New England. Since our founding in 1951, the industries we serve have been transformed by technologies, equipment and capabilities undreamed of decades ago. But the people we serve haven’t changed, and neither have we. We’re still a family-owned business. Knowing what is needed and having the ability to provide it quickly and with as little fuss as possible, is still at the core of what we do. And so is our dedication to service.

With 18 locations, we’re ready, when and where you need us, to provide the equipment, parts and service you need—even for brands we don’t carry. It’s part of our mission to keep you working.

For 28 years Keith worked with Zurich Direct Markets promoting their Property & Casualty, and Finance Insurance programs, to Auto Dealers throughout NYS and the Country. In this capacity, Keith holds his New York P&C and Licenses. Also, Keith is a Certified Insurance Counselor and holds his Senior Designation with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals.

Bridging to retirement, Keith is following his interest in industrial services and taking the leap into a new career. As a result, learning the dynamics of industry and equipment has provided numerous training opportunities.

Physical fitness and health are important to Keith as it allows him to feel energized and maintain stamina. Growing up Keith participated in team sports, focusing on Soccer, Hockey, and Lacrosse. Growing up in Vermont, alpine skiing, and later Nordic, has always been a focus for Keith and his family. Dabbling in the industry for 4 years following his graduation from Skidmore College, the sport has brough him through the United States, British Columbia, and Europe. Other activities outside his door in upstate New York, Keith is an avid road rider and Mountain Biker.

With his interest in automobiles, Keith has been renovating a 1968 Firebird convertible. As a result, Keith joined the Firebird Nation of America and served as the Secretary for 3 years. And, together with his youngest son Sam, Keith became a volunteer ski and snowboard instructor with the Double H Ranch in Lake Luzerne, teaching children with disabilities adaptive Winter sports.

Within the past few years, Keith and his wife Elizabeth, have became empty nesters as one son, Jack, relocated to Seattle to begin a career with AWS, and Sam, graduated from Bentley University began a role at Goldman Sachs. With more time on his hands, Keith proudly became a Volunteer Firefighter with the Wilton Fire Department. This new perspective has brought a heightened level of undiscovered enjoyment.

Being new to the Gold Star referral club, a new career, and a new job I have focused my efforts on my membership and participation in the meetings.
