At Positive NRG, I provide a safe and nurturing space where clients can experience deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release through Reiki energy healing. My mission is to help people reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and find inner peace. Each session is customized to meet the client’s unique needs—whether they’re seeking emotional healing, clarity, or a boost in overall well-being.

• Certified Reiki Therapist – International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT)
  Professionally trained and certified as a Reiki Therapist through the International Center for Reiki Training, ensuring a high standard of practice and ethical care.

• Certified Reiki Practitioner – Levels I, II, and III
  Attuned through all three levels of Reiki, with advanced knowledge of energy flow, chakra balancing, and both in-person and distance healing techniques. This training allows me to help clients release stress, clear emotional blocks, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

• Certified Energy Healing Practitioner – GEO Love Healing
  Completed certification in GEO Love Healing, a heart-centered healing modality that works with the body’s energy field to release emotional patterns and support deep transformation.

My hobbies include writing, reading, and traveling, but what I cherish most is time with my husband and family. One of my favorite traditions with my husband is our Friday date nights, they keep us grounded and connected. I also have a special love for the beach, it’s where I feel most inspired, calm, and deeply connected. So far, my favorite California beaches are Cayucos and Stinson Beach.

Travel is another passion of mine, I’ve been fortunate to visit every continent except Antarctica (still on the bucket list!). When I’m not traveling, you’ll probably find me with a book in hand. Two that have deeply shaped me are Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

And of course, I’m a big sports fan, cheering on the Dodgers, Rams, and Warriors. Let’s just say my Reiki practice comes in handy during close games and questionable calls!"
