I've been in Real Estate since 1987 and Lending 20 plus years. I've been with Ambeck Mortgage since 2007. We merged with Ability Mortgage in 2020. We are an in-house lender and have the option to Broker loans as well. Our company is a DBA of American Pacific Mortgage which is Nationwide. My reputation is very important to me and is how I have built my business with Integrity. I really care about my clients and desire them to have a positive experience each time they buy or refinance, I will always be there to help them. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally. My philosophy is to listen to my clients and be their loan consultant for life. | When I m not working, I enjoy . I love to golf and play softball. I have 3 dogs. I have many friends and family that I'm close to and spend time with. I have been married 42 years and have 3 children, 2 daughter in-laws and 3 grandchildren. |

| Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
I am a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors and served on their council for 4 years. I'm a member of the Lodi Association of Realtors. I currently serve on the Women's Council of Realtors as the Treasurer. I am also a youth leader for my church. I've been a volunteer for many fundraiser events, including Bowling tournaments, Golf tournaments, Salvation Army "kids day" selling newspapers, CVAR Cantree and LAR fashion show. |
