I love providing Honest Answers and Straight Advice for all of my new and previous clients, Realtors, Financial Planners and CPA's, and helping them find the ideal Portfolio, FHA/VA, Conventional, or Jumbo loan to fit their needs. We have some of the very best niche products available for Medical Professionals, High Net Worth and High Income borrowers, but also for First-Time Homebuyers and lower income borrowers. I close out of state transactions across the U.S., as well as Construction/Permanent loans, Bridge loans, HELOCs and Zero Closing Cost loans, and have been incredibly successful in finding creative and innovative ways to get complicated and challenging transactions approved! I work almost exclusively by referral only from past clients, real estate and financial service professionals, as well as many friends and family and would welcome the opportunity to help you or anyone in your circle of influence with Honest Answers and Straight Advice on mortgages. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Family comes first, but I love golfing - sometimes competitively and watching college football and basketball and attending as many Columbus Blue Jacket games as possible. I've been a season ticket holder with the CBJ since their inaugural season in 2000. I also love following my son's athletic endeavors wherever they may lead! |
