Business and Company Details:

Hi everyone!
I'm proud to represent Mazda’s Plus, a family-owned auto repair shop that’s been serving the Modesto community for over 31 years.

While our name says Mazda’s Plus, we service all makes and models—foreign and domestic. The only exception is electric vehicles (EVs), which we currently do not service.

Our motto is: The Plus is what we are all about.”

We’re a full-service repair shop—whether you need a basic oil change or a major engine replacement, Mazda’s Plus can handle it.

Experienced Technicians: With decades of experience under our belt, you can trust our skilled technicians to deliver top-quality workmanship.

Every oil change includes a full digital inspection. We share our findings with you so you can make informed decisions—no pressure, no surprises.

We also value your time, so we've embraced digital convenience:

  • Book online at mazdasplus.com or through Google

  • Estimates sent straight to your phone—approve or decline with a tap

  • We call you to walk through your estimate

  • Pay over the phone when the work is complete

To make your experience even more convenient, we offer:

  • Shuttle service for local drop-offs and pickups

  • Free WiFi in our customer lobby

  • Ask us about our payment service options if you need flexibility

  • Military and Senior Discount

Once you're part of the Mazda’s Plus family, our system will remind you when it’s time for oil changes and regular maintenance—so your vehicle stays in top condition.

If you know someone who’s tired of dealership pricing, or unsure about their current mechanic, Mazda’s Plus is the shop you can trust to take care of them like family.

Remember- The Plus is what we are all about!

My education, training and business experience
I am a high school graduate, with just a little bit of college.  My education was in the workforce.  I worked approximately forty six years before I retired.  My last place of employment was Frito Lay, Inc.  I worked there for 31 years in the warehouse.  I was in charge of inventory and process to accurately account for the product.  On the weekends, I would do the accounting books for Mazda's Plus.  Now that I am retired, I usually can be found at the shop 2 to 3 days a week.  My job tasks have increased, so sometimes it feels like I am not retired.

When I m not working, I enjoy .
Since I retired, I joined the Senior Center.  I do weekly exercise classes there.  We have a dog, that I walk twice daily.  I joined a travel club and in 2025 we went to Paris for 16 days. It was great.  Getting ready to plan my 2026 trip.  I like plants and flowers so do work in my yard.

Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are
In 2025, I started attending Helping One Woman(HOW) in Oakdale. This organization helps women that I have suffered a loss.  I usually bake goodies for the Desert Raffle.  I have also started to attend Helping One Woman(HOW) in Modesto.  Again, I bake for the Desert Raffle. That helps raise money for the woman of the month.

I also joined a group out of Ripon.  It is called Dining for Hope.  They raise funds for families that have kids with cancer. They do pop up fundraisers.  I normally work some of the them to help raise funds.  100% of the funds go to the families

Currently working on the big fundraiser for Dining for Hope.  It is a Bingo fundraiser in April.  I am part of the decoration committee.

For fun I am part of the Retired Women of Stanislaus County.  We meet once a month for lunch.  We do activities.
