Business and Company Details:

Amada Senior Home Care is a trusted provider of compassionate, personalized in-home support for older adults and individuals with care needs. We specialize in delivering high-quality non-medical assistance that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our services include companion care, personal care support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and care coordination tailored to each family’s needs.

A key differentiator for Amada is our expertise in long-term care insurance advocacy and utilization. We assist families in navigating the complexities of long-term care insurance (LTCI) — from policy review and benefit verification to submission of claims and optimizing reimbursement for care delivered. Our team works closely with payors and families to ensure elimination periods are met and eligible services are covered, reducing financial stress and helping clients access the care they need.

Amada also supports the professional growth of healthcare and care management staff. We offer continuing education (CE) opportunities relevant to case managers, nurses, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). These include training on best practices in senior care, care coordination, dementia care approaches, risk identification, and compliance with current care standards — all designed to enhance clinical competence, improve client outcomes, and support career development in home-based care.

My education, training and business experience

I began my career in behavioral analysis and educational support, working closely with children and families navigating developmental and emotional challenges. That foundation trained me to understand behavior, family dynamics, structured care planning, and the importance of individualized support.

Today, I serve as a Senior Care Advocate and Business Development & Marketing Manager with Amada Senior Care Modesto. I apply a behavioral lens to aging and transitional care, helping families navigate hospital discharge, in-home care coordination, long-term care insurance advocacy, VA benefits, and community resources. My focus is always person-centered, structured, and relationship-driven — ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident during life’s most complex transitions.

When I m not working, I enjoy .

Outside of my professional work in senior care, I’m deeply passionate about growth — both personally and within the community around me. I’m an avid podcast listener and love diving into books that explore individuals’ life stories and journeys. I’m fascinated by how people overcome challenges, build resilience, and lead with purpose. There’s something powerful about learning from real experiences.

I also enjoy art — not just as creativity on a canvas, but as expression, perspective, and storytelling. Art reminds me that every person carries a unique narrative worth understanding.

Family is at the center of everything I do. Whether it’s quality time with my partner and our boys, being present for extended family, or building traditions together, I value connection deeply.

Running and exercise are a major part of my life. Last year alone, I completed over 1,200 miles and participated in more than 20 marathons. Distance running has shaped my mindset — endurance, consistency, and mental grit translate directly into how I show up in business, leadership, and service to others.

Some of the Clubs, Associations and Volunteer activities that I participate in are

I am a community-driven senior care advocate and Business Development & Marketing leader at Amada Senior Care Modesto, serving families across Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties.

My work centers on helping families navigate life transitions with dignity — whether that means in-home care support, long-term care insurance advocacy, VA benefits guidance, or bridging gaps between healthcare systems and community resources.

Leadership, to me, extends beyond the workplace. I actively volunteer in senior engagement programs, environmental cleanups, veteran appreciation events, and local conservation efforts because strong communities require participation. Service is not a side effort — it’s the foundation of meaningful impact.

Being recognized as an Influential Woman was an honor, but the true reward is consistent presence: advocating for families, supporting caregivers, and strengthening the relationships that make our region resilient.

I believe care is collaborative, leadership is responsibility, and influence is built through action.
