1. EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING Self-taught pitmaster and business owner with 10+ years hands-on experience in Santa Maria BBQ and live-fire cooking. Certified in Food Safety and Stanislaus County Health Department permitting. Trained in event catering, large-scale cooking for 200-500+ guests, grill fabrication, and customer service. Continuous learning through community catering events and mentoring from veteran Central Valley cooks. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Passionate about Santa Maria style BBQ, building custom grills with my cousin, cooking over oak wood, and creating memorable experiences for families. Enjoy family time, supporting local Oakdale and Modesto community events, networking with local business owners, and teaching the next generation about hard work and traditional BBQ. Love spending weekends at catering events and trying new recipes. |

During multiple California wildfires, Primo's Tacos BBQ Grill was on the front lines feeding emergency crews and first responders with hot meals at no cost. During COVID-19, with the help of our community, we served over 1,100 plates to families, essential workers, and those in need. We regularly donate and discount catering for local youth sports fundraisers, church events, school graduations, and benefit plates for families. Active supporter of the Modesto/Oakdale community and local small business network. |
