I am a coach. My purpose is to have a profound and positive impact on the future of our world by empowering people to create and realize audacious futures that alter the course of humanity. I work with people whose intentions are so bold they require access to a whole new level of power and performance. The work I do with my clients and the programs I deliver are transformational programs producing breakthrough results not informational programs that give a formulaic approach. Additionally, I have been a professional life and business coach for more than 25 years. I am passionate about what I do. It is what I live for. I believe making a positive difference in the world is an honor and a privilege. I am committed to my own ongoing training and development and have trained with some of the most successful coaches in the world. I am part of a global community of coaches committed to causing sustainable positive change. |

| My education, training and business experience
I have been a professional life and business coach for more than 25 years. My original training as a coach was in 1994-1998 as part of a premiere Transformational Education and Personal Development Organization known as Landmark Worldwide. Prior to that I was working in the field of Social Work with families and children. Since 1998, I have continued my training and development in a wide array of programs including a certificate in Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management (2003) and Being a Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership An Ontological/Phenomenological Model (2014). I have studied with and been coached by very successful and talented individuals. Currently, I am being coached by Mara Gleason-Olsen. I have been coached by Steve Chandler, Michael Neill, Dr. Bill Pettit and Dr. Dicken Bettinger. ?I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University at Albany. I have worked with hundreds of individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations to achieve their goals and become more successful. I am the author of two books, 31 Days to Transform Your Life and Bringing Out the Best in Your Employees and have coauthored two books, 42 Rules for Creating WE (Amazon Best Seller) and Making 'Good of the Order' the BEST Part of Your Meetings. I was a member of Business Networking International (BNI) for approximately 5 years and also held the position of Assistant Director with BNI helping the Director grow the region by starting new chapters. I have had my own business since 1998 (full time since 2003) and have built it almost entirely on referrals. I have a lot to contribute to this group and hope to help others build their businesses. I love connecting people and building relationships. |

| When I m not working, I enjoy . Reading, writing, movies and spending time with my husband of 22 years and our adorable little Maltese, Tiffi. I am passionate about changing the world in a positive way. I love to learn so I spend a great deal of time listening to audios and reading books to sharpen my skills. I enjoy movies, running and yoga. |

I provide 4 pro bono presentations/training events per year to non-profit organizations throughout the Capital Region. |

| Gold Star Information Year Joined: 2016 Areas Served In: I have served as the Team Leader for the Capital Region Executive Stars (2018), new member mentor and table host. ?I ?currently serve as the Business Coach. Additionally, I am the Assistant Regional Director for the Upstate NY Region. |
